Rich Stephenson

Rich is an MBA-qualified executive and ICF credentialed coach with more than 20 years’ experience as a senior executive in large public companies operating in Australia, Asia, the UK, and North America.

In 2018 Rich established his consulting practice, guiding mid-market and emerging enterprises through periods of major transformation, such as leadership transition and family succession, sustained rapid growth, or recovery from business disruption.

Throughout the course of his corporate career, Rich established a reputation as an executive who balances the skills and obligations of a senior leader with a hands-on operational delivery style. Rich has developed a strong belief that leaders should look within and develop their own personal leadership style rather than model themselves on others, creating more authentic engagement with people.

Rich’s approach to leadership is progressive and values based. He is as comfortable on the shop floor as he is in the boardroom, motivating the business from the top down and the bottom up! He believes in building relationships to lead, manage, motivate, and inspire people at all levels of the organization.
